How do I register?
- By clicking on the 'Enrolment/Bookings' tab and then following the link to register.
- When setting up an account with us for the first time, you will be asked several Ofsted regulated questions, followed by adding a profile for each child.
- This initial setup process will take around 10 minutes, once complete our system will remember all of your details. Any future bookings will not require another registration, meaning the process will be quick and easy.
Are sibling discounts available?
- We do offer sibling discounts of 10% which will be automatically applied when enrolling your children onto the booking system. The discount will not apply to the first child, but any children added there after.
What kit and items should my children bring with them?
- You will need to provide a packed lunch, snacks, plenty to drink or a refillable bottle.
- Other useful seasonal items include: sun cream, water bottle, sun hat, gloves, warm clothing, under layers and snacks.
Can I just turn up to sessions on the day?
- Ofsted require us to have all the relevant attendee details before attendance. Our practitioners use a register system that will be instantaneously updated when a new booking has been made. In some cases we may accept people who turn up without booking if we can register you on site. However, we can not guarantee space without a prior booking due to pre-planned staffing ratios.
Can I pay by cash?
- Unfortunately all payments will need to be made through the booking system in digital form.
